Donald Trump set the twitterverse on fire Friday night when his account was re-instated and he mistakenly tweeted, “It’s good to be black”. Trump’s lawyers were quick to defend the former president, laying blame on Apple Inc. stating that the predictive text engine in the iOS software was to blame for the error. Once posted, the tweet couldn’t be updated because the former president hadn’t yet paid $8 for blue check status which enables additional features such as tweet edits.

Because of Twitters content moderation policy, Chief Twit Elon Musk, who is himself an African American, had no other choice than to pull the plug, once again, on the former president.
