In a last ditch effort to attract voters, President Joe Biden updated his LinkedIn profile to include “They/Them” pronouns. In an accompanying LinkedIn post, the president stated, “I am so much bigger than myself. Not only do I represent the 331 Million Americans that voted for me in the last election, I represent all those voices in my head that won’t stop talking all the time as well as all the people behind the teleprompter that help me make sense of the issues before me.”
Former White House press secretary and political analyst for MSNBC, Jen Psacki said Sunday “How very brave of this President to embrace the LgbTq+ community. His gesture of inclusivity should be a beacon to all those who are oppressed by the radical right wing extremists who wish to wipe them from the face of the earth. Let’s get out the votes, my rainbow waving comrades.”
In a startling moment of clarity, Vice President Kamala Harris was caught on a hot mic saying, “I don’t get it. I thought ‘They/Them’ pronouns were an indication of what kind of people you slept with.” She then concluded, “whatever. I got no room to criticize doing whatever it takes to climb the political ladder,” which was followed by an awkward laugh.
