Fax machine out of paper
Dammit!

The $1.7Trillion 4,155-page spending bill recently passed by congress has been flown to St. Croix for the president’s signature. The bill could easily have traveled with the president on his flight there Tuesday. Instead, First Lady Jill Biden insisted that it be faxed to the resort to save space for her favorite pillow on the plane. Things fell apart Friday when, 45 minutes into the print job, the fax machine ran out of paper. Unfortunately, there was not enough fax paper in the US Virgin Islands to complete the remaining 5 hours of printing. The $468,996.71 cost of the emergency flight will be deducted from the defense spending approved in the bill.
