The President continues to exhibit signs of mental decline. This week at Quadri-Con, a convention for quadriplegics, Joe Biden awkwardly joked in his keynote address that Jill was likely to leave him for one of its attendees. This just two weeks after he made similar comments at the Interior Department-hosted White House Tribal Nations Summit.

“I’m worried she’s not going to come home after attending one of these conventions,” Biden told attendees of the Quadri-Con. “You think I’m joking,” the president continued. “I’m telling you, I hear more about the quadriplegics than I hear about me. Y’all think I’m kidding, don’t you?”

The joke received few laughs after which a blind quadriplegic in a motorized wheelchair led a confused Biden down the stairs and off the stage.
