Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, (Socialist) New York, was giddy with delight at the release of her Documentary, To The End. Although the movie was an abysmal flop, AOC still had plenty of reason to celebrate. With the Oscar’s 10-year history of presenting awards to the most obscure movies released, To The End is a shoo-in to sweep the awards show. This year’s Academy Awards, Special Categories, will include the newly contrived Gretta Thunburg Save The Planet award. Surely no other film is more deserving than this one.
The entitled Ocasio-Cortez also expects to be showered with Golden Globe, Emmy, ESPY Grammy and Country Music awards. While there is no country music in the movie itself, Ocasio-Cortez stated, “My movie is about this country which technically makes the music in the soundtrack country music.” Singers like Maran Morris, Cassidee Pope and the Dixie Chicks are sure to throw their support her way.
