California Child Molester, Chester Nutlick

Convicted California Child Molester, Chester Nutlick, has been granted a transfer to a juvenile detention center. This after Mr. Nutlick declared that he identified as a 17-year-old. Nutlick’s claim is based largely on the fact that he never graduated from high school. This was bolstered by testimony from state psychologists that Nutlick has the intelligence of a 12-year-old and therefore, should be considered a minor.

His lawyers successfully convinced the court that a TransMinor is a real minor. Their argument centered around the states handling of prisoners declaring themselves TransWomen. “If a TransWoman has the right to be detained at a women’s correctional facility, then the same standard needs to be applied to TransMinors,” said lead Counsel B.S. Slinger. Slinger also stated their intention to overturn Nutlick’s conviction now that his minor status is established.

California Governor Gavin Newsom praised Nutlick’s legal team for their “tireless effort to mainstream Trans culture.” He went on to say, “Chester Nutlick is a poster child for wrongly incarcerated Minor Attracted People. TransMinors are real minors, and there’s nothing illegal about a couple of kids fooling around with each other. I think that if we could just stand back and let kids love each other more, the world would be a better place.”
